Resurrection Eve emerge from the studio to perform what is likely to be their only planned local Melbourne show this year. They’ve been hard at work on their latest album (due in stores locally in November – check the website for sneak previews) and will perform tracks from it at their local launch on Friday the 1st of October. Head down to Abyss at Inflation, King St Melbourne and catch this rare event. – check the website for sneak previews.

For those Melbournites with other commitments on the 1st who may be thinking of taking a holiday, might consider a jaunt to Auckland (NZ) to catch the boys this Halloween as they perform at the much celebrated All Hallows Eve Goth Ball on the 30th October, presented by Circadian Rhythms. Perhaps a little extreme, however, not too unreasonable a consideration.
Check the Circadian-Rhythms site for more details…website

Two shows on the North Island, a very rare opportunity and we’re very excited…

Back In Business
After many hours [days even!] on the plane, Resurrection Eve are back in Australia – and back to work, Mark is already back into writing new material [at this rate a new album looks possible before mid-2004] while GUP is hard at work prying open the new doors that have appeared in Europe. Huge thanks to Tina @ Endless Records, Mark @ Infest, Darrin from Psyche and Myk from The Fair Sex for their great help and support [it has been reported that the band was rubbing shoulders and received some top praise from Ronan of VNV Nation!!!]. 2nd of October will be the official launch of the European release of ‘Rapture’ thanks to Endless Records, and being distributed by EFA. Already there is talk of returning in May / June 2004 for more shows and also to play America which regretfully fell through this time around. To top of all the great news, GUP is in the process of manufacturing Tshirts, black shirt with a silver Res.Eve logo print, just about any shape and size will be available in top quality shirts [normal shirts and tight fitting bonds shirts will be available] – approximate price will be around $30 AUD [inc. postage within Australia] – pre order now from www.gup.net.au

After many unfortunate delays [“From Design To Printers”, read about it with Jordan Robbin’s upcoming biography being released on hardback through “I Don’t Believe It” books, tentative date is “Never”] Rapture is finally out. Already available on store shelves around Australia and in transit to our distributors overseas, you can order it online [as well as the first album “Ancient Curse”] from Ground Under Productions at www.gup.net.au. If your local independent specialist store isn’t stocking it, tell them to contact GUP and we’ll send the boys around.
Heres a list of stockists for you arranged by country, stores in the corresponding country should be able to order it from these companies and they all do internet mail order as well.
